1. Check in was fairly easy however I had requested an upper floor away from the stairwell and I got a lower floor right next to the stairwell.

10. Check in was fast and friendly they walked us to the elevator (nice touch), we loved the flat screen TV, iPod dock, every time we get to our car the valet attendant always prepared to open the door and greet us, complimentary internet and printer is near the reception area.
