The 'manager' Robby, is possibly the rudest Marriott employee I have ever come across, extremely arrogant and unhelpful when I questioned charges to my bill, and contradicted everything his staff had told me, and then said 'well we did give you a free upgrade' - that was not out of the goodness of your heart Robby, that is because I have stayed 38 nights at Marriott hotels in 2011.
