1. The location is great - just off Pico in Beverly hills - easy acess to West Hollywood, Century City, Santa Monica, etc. Nicely sized rooms overall; I would recommend this for a family or group of friends -- especially for longer stays, as they have a kitchenette, etc. The complimentary breakfast and happy hour are a very nice touch -- also love that the staff will pick up groceries for you nearby and deliver them.

4. Rooms are a good size with kitchenette (stove top, full size refridgerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, sink) with complimentary coffee, tea and popcorn in the room.
