1. It was a delight to stay at such a convenient location, so close to all the LA freeways for ease of travel but also within walking distance of so much that this partially residential, partially commercial area has to offer (right at the corner of Beverly Drive and Pico Blvd.

2. It is also relatively easy to get yourself onto the freeway and head down to Hermosa or Manhattan Beach for a nice bike ride or walk along the strand.
