1. I would suggest take a street facing room because the noise has got to be better than the depressing view (in my opinion).

2. We had a room facing the inside 'courtyard' which is the most depressing view of 4 pathetic potted trees sitting on a concrete square.

3. My room was at the back of the hotel which didn't afford a great view, but it was so quiet with none of the traffic noise from the street that I would request a back room again.
