1. The hotel is within walking distance to The Beverly Center & The Grove & the buses stop right outside & takes very little time to get you to the sights of Hollywood.

2. Hotel is in a great area, 3rd street is only a short walk away with lots of funky boutiques and restaurants, very well managed, staff very eager to please, helpful and informative, rooms are clean and fully stocked.

7. The location is undeniably great - two blocks to the Beverly Center, about six blocks to the Grove and there is an amazing number of good local restaurants within walking distance - try the Kings Road Cafe for a fabulous latte and delicious breakfast or Swinger's Diner for just about anything.
