1. The Elan offers valet parking for a fee, but it comes with in/out privileges and they're more than happy to bring up or collect your car at anytime.

3. On the second day we shopped at the Beverly Centre which is very close by, and then went by taxi to the Getty Centre, which was a hefty fare (I think about $50 each way including tip) but there is no entrance fee and it was really worth it.

9. The hotel also has a 'room service' agreement with a neaby restaurant that will deliver food to your room until midnight (!) and without the standard delivery fee.
