3. I booked two rooms and while one had a nice street view form two window, the other one was completely devoid of any natural light since it faced an adjoining building.

7. Was lucky enough to have an awesome view of Mount Vernon circle area (ask for that!) The only hassles I had were figuring out how to insert the key card in the elevator to get it going.
