3. How in the world could you be manager of customer service, and not offer someone a raincheck, when they'd be perfectly willing to pay to stay in your hotel the following week, or credit them a room for the charge they claimed they couldn't reverse on that day.

7. And even though I'd asked ahead of time, they still don't provide thinner pillows (although a manager had told me they would get them).
