4. ) The valet car service was good, but they need to come up with some inventive seating in the small but stately lobby for infirm people waiting for their vehicles--you can only sit if you go 4-5 steps down into the library.

9. We also had several valuable items stolen from our vehicle by the valet - several of our guests also had items stolen over the same weekend - neither the hotel or valet service will take any responsibility, in fact the hotel never returned my phone call.
