1. Nice location within walking distance of Walters Art Museum and good restaurants.

7. It's also about a 20 minute walk to the Inner Harbor and since the weather was perfect, we didn't mind the walk at all (we did take a cab one evening, which arrived quickly after a request to the concierge).
