2. I spoke with some of our guests and they echo out poor service complaints - from the time we began preparations for our wedding right through checkout the hotel staff was sub-par.

3. Upon checkout we found several charges for movies we never rented, valet charges for vehicles we didn't park there and room service that wasn't ours - totalling $300, hotel still has yet to respond to my calls 3 weeks later.

4. They tell you about it in advance and put up no resistance to dropping it from the bill--but you have to ask at checkout.
