4. Valet parking and front desk service were efficient (valet is not cheap though, and there are cheaper secure parking alternatives very near by).

5. This is the second time we've used the hotel for out of town guests for a wedding, and both times we were very pleased with the service, rooms, and staff.

8. Overall, my experience was very positive and if you're looking for good service in the area (Peabody Court / Washington Monument), it's an excellent choice.

9. That being said, service was polite and friendly - the front door men went out of their way to get cabs, even going across the square to hail them down at night.

10. ) The valet car service was good, but they need to come up with some inventive seating in the small but stately lobby for infirm people waiting for their vehicles--you can only sit if you go 4-5 steps down into the library.
