4. Reception took an age to book us inwe got a room with a great view but the curtains were dummies - so we did wake up at dawn even though we planned to sleep late.

5. Overall the hotel is nice and clean, location is great, decent views and convenient transportation, but we had booked a King Corner View room for my family with their 800 number reservations and asked for a rollaway bed for our daughter.

7. A big advantage of the hotel is that it is a multi story structure sitting on top of a high hill, so if you get a room on an upper floor you will have a fantastic, unobstructed view of the city.
