1. I've been on a US holiday and this is the first out of five hotels from the IHG Priority program to recognize me at checkin with a expedited check in, and a welcome letter, so it was refreshing to see that an American based hotel chain and priority program has at least one hotel that delivers on the programs promises, as they have always in the many IHG Hotels I've stayed in in Australiasia and Europe.

3. We had had no problems with check in throughout the tour but we had a long wait here, well over an hour, eventually complaining and getting an alternative room on a much lower floor on the Van Ness side.
