1. The room was comfortable and clean and there was a card from the manager welcoming me, it was a king bed room and best described as compact and the bathroom is also compact but it has every thing you could need.

7. I had a dirty room at the hotel on Monday the 12th of Dec and I spoke to the manager on the morning of Dec 13 he asked me what he could do to make it right.

8. A problem with our room on the last night ( not the hotels fault- anti social behaviour by other guests) was quickly resolved by the manager and our room was changed to another available wheelchair accessible room.

10. Was woken several times by rowdy guest who smashed things in the corridor, wrote stuff on the carpet with mustard, no mention from manager about being comped anything, just 'sorry' Won't stay there again, at least 6 other guest rooms were also woken.
