2. used priorty reward points for this stay but would have been very disppointed had I paid rack rate small room street noise and the staff seemed to be trying to prove what I felt up untill now was the unfair view of new york service workers I stupidly locked my key in the room the lady on reception refused to issue a new one dispite having checked me in 15 mins earlier as I didn't have any id it was locked in the room had to wait untill my wife returned from shopping to get in glad I wasn't on my own.

3. The rooms were very spacious and very clean :) the view wasnt mcuh but at the end of a long day looking around Manhattan all we wanted to do was sleep in our cosy beds rather than look out the window :)We didnt use the breakfast service, choosing to spend as much time in manhattan and have breakfast on the go.

4. Whilst the view is great, the room is small, and actually the fact it's a 3-way glass made me feel very dizzy.

6. The was a sitting area with a sofabed (for our daughter), a TV, desk, walk in wardrobe and fantastic views of the Chrysler building, and this was only the first room.

8. Great room 21st floor, beautiful view of W44th we could even see Hugh Jackman st,ep out of the theater after his show.

9. We were disappointed that the hotel didn't acknowledge our 25th anniversary at the end of the day through although no view the room was lovely and the bed was the most comfortable ever.
