1. Althought, the check-in process was a breeze (probably because I arrived very late in the evening), and when I asked for change for a $20, I was provided with clean crisp bills.

7. At check out I mentioned to Sokol the inconvenience and asked if we could have a bar bill from the day before removed from our bill ($37) he stated that he had no record of our problems because it wasn't entered into the computers and that he was not willing to comp the charge.
