1. On New Years eve we were stuck for the evening with nothing planned and was told it would be impossible to book anything so late, yet the concierge made a couple of phone calls and not only got us a table at one of the best clubs in Manhattan, but somehow managed to get the cost down from $5,500 to $2,000 and it was worth every penny.
