1. The gym is very basic and needs new equipment etc. The hotel also needs a better internal restaurant and breakfast.

5. At the Continental I found everyone to be friendly and helpful, they also never pressurised you for a tip either, hand the doorman a few bucks to lift out your case and even if they used the phrase a lot, it still sounded warm and genuine, At breakfast we always sat at the same table.
