1. We shelled out big bucks for an 'Ocean View Upgrade' which included a small room with 2 tiny windows that you could move the curtains, look out and see the ocean.

3. We asked for a room that wasnt on collins because it gets noisy at night, so they gave us a double with a view of a brick wall, which was fine as we werent there for the view and werent in the room much.

9. We charmed the check-in agent (I guess) as we ended up with a waterfront room, of which there are few; most guests will face out the side to a neighbouring hotel so dont stay at the SouthSeas expecting a room with a view unless you pay the premium price for it.
