2. Front desk as a whole had no concept of what customer service entails (could not even recommend local eateries or change a fifty without some difficulty ) but the bar & restaurant service was very good.

6. The free breakfast buffet is open until 10:30 AM and more than adequate, and the hotel's free wi-fi, is a welcome service in all rooms and public areas (and, from my own experience, quite fast).

7. Apart from breakfast (cold meats, cheese, yoghurts and pastries) did not eat at the hotel as really only suitable for lunch / snacks etc but did eat a couple of times at 'Maxine's' across the road - great food and great service.
