1. The location is great, ideal for South beach strip with its numerous bars and restaurants, the cocktails in the Cordoza are great.

6. The hotel itself is perfectly situated just at the top end of South Beach and well within walking distance of all the top bars / restaurants and shops on Lincoln Ave.

7. The pool was nice and warm and well looked after and with it's postion right on the beach it was perfect to go from pool to sea and back again.

The staff were pretty aloof and 'Too Cool For School' but then again I'd say that most of the staff in the hotels on South Beach are that way, it's like they're trying to say 'this is the coolest place in the States, if you don't like it you know where you can go as we're fully booked most of the time' - you've just got to rise above it.

10. Great location, direct beach access, nice warm big pool, clean but old hotel, thin doors, noise and sound travel easy, slow room cleaning, not until after 2pm.
