6. We stayed in late August and never had to fight for chairs at the pool, enjoyed a nice continentl breakfast and felt the prices at the in hotel bar/restaurant were reasonable enough to eat in and keep swimming, the club sandwich and large portion of fries was a hit with the kids.

8. In a sea of mediocre to dreadful hotels in over-priced South Beach, the SoBe must be one of the best in its price range; anything better nearby (Ritz Carlton, Delano) will likely cost double.
