1. Of course we didn't expect an upscale 5 star bathroom from The Pearl, but there was cracks in the tile with dirty grout, rust and dirt on what looked like a new faucet, permanent stains around the toilet, a weird glob of something on the wall, a big orange/brown spot on the shower curtain that looked strange along with many other dirty spots, and a bathtub with a filthy floor and cracks all through out.

5. I imagine that when this motel was freshly redesigned, it had grandeur, but this is fading in places: a little peeling paint here and there, a moldy shower curtain, and a slightly damp bedroom smell.
