1. the gal at the front desk apologized for the room being to small and offered to move us to their slightly larger room which would have been great but another guest had specially requested that room for a portion of our stay, so instead the gal at the front desk cancelled our reservation, offered to make a new reservation for us at a different hotel and gave us 2 free drinks to use when we return to the pearl for supper (which we will because the food smelled great and the atmosphere was awesome!) In short.
