1. Each recently upgraded room has extremely comfortable beds, flat panel TV's, super-sounding digital radio's, great 'Pearl' towels and your own pet fish (mine was named 'Oscar').

2. Lots of little touches (magazines and fresh water/towels at the pool; free WiFi; yummy H2O toiletries; cute artwork, etc) made it easy to relax and enjoy our stay.

3. One day the cleaning people did not clean the room while we were out, but I was able to find someone to ask about getting clean towels in the meantime, and the cleaning crew was still around, so the room was cleaned when we went out again later.
