3. Overall though, our stay was pleasant enough, location was good, although you need a car (free parking available!) as a taxi to the gas-lamp quarter will set you back $25 each way.

6. The man who checked us in was extremely helpful, comped us 2 drinks and our parking for our honeymoon :) They also moved us up to their biggest room since it was available - didn't think that happened much anymore.

7. They don't have much parking and charge for the spaces they do have (I didn't much like paying to park but it was better than trying to find street parking).
