1. Sleep number beds are horrible, cold shower that had so little flow it took twice as long to shower.

2. The things that mark this hotel down for me were the crappy plastic sink/shower faucet fixtures in the room and the restaurant downstairs adds an 18% tip onto your bill even if it is just one person.

5. The room was very comfortable but a maintanence issue (broken shower) was not dealt with efficiently as it was reported in the morning and not dealt with till ten at night after another reminder.

6. Also, there was hardly any water pressure in the shower (although there was in the tub faucet, which means they either had a 'water saver' gadget in the shower head or it was clogged with lime deposits, which happens often in Florida.
