1. This was sorted eventually by me having to break down the whole bill myself and recalculating it to get to the correct total.

3. No this is not the Ritz, but I needed a good value, clean safe hotel for a meeting at the convention center, and this hotel fits the bill.

4. The things that mark this hotel down for me were the crappy plastic sink/shower faucet fixtures in the room and the restaurant downstairs adds an 18% tip onto your bill even if it is just one person.

7. Flashing signs reading $79 per night and then you receive a bill for $129 plus state tax, plus room tax.

8. We found this out to our expense & ended up walking up to the Wyndam Hotel nearby where there were always yellow metered cabs On our last day we woke up to a bill for over $500 for our stay even though we had come on a prepaid package with a tour operator.

9. I have written the hotel several times to ask them to please help the staff know better how to react when a guest is injured, but all they keep telling me is to submit my medical bills.

10. On arriving home looking at my credit card bill I was charged the resort fee having E-MAILED the hotel twice I took up the matter with my travel company who got the hotel to refund the resort fee but was not able to get them to take responabltiy for any of our missing gifts or photos I find this totally unaceptable but as am in the Uk the only thing I can do is warn others this hotel is not a safe place to leave anything and I WOULD NEVER RECOMEND IT TO ANYONE .
