1. The front desk staff helped us find tickets to different parks at discounts and also helped us rent a car at action rental at a great price.

Also, 'Guest Services' is another story: They sell tickets to attractions claiming that they give great discounts (72 cents off a $41 ticket to Kennedy Space Center?), when there was a brochure nearby that offered $2.50 off each ticket when you present it at the ticket office at Kennedy Space Center.

4. They had rooms, and better still they gave me a discount because I was stranded due to the Volcanic Ash, (they asked me for some proof of this - which was easy to do, and was fair for them to ask).

7. I ask if I can get a discount on the rate since I have had to change rooms 3 times and she tells me NO our rate fore the night was $60.00 So finally we get to our third room and the toilet bowel has these nasty rings on it as if they have NEVER EVER cleaned the dam toilet.

9. Instead of telling us we couldn't have the breakfast buffet, they started to unpack everything for myself and one other colleague and they gave us a 10% discount.

10. Next to reception is a ticket counter for Disney/parks etc. If you are planning on eating out just ask them if they have any vouchers/discounts.
