1. Jim , the General Manager was very helpful in allaying my fears over the hotel after i had booked it , as he will tell you , i emailled him a few times and he put my fears at ease and also a big thanks to , who i think is head of Housekeeping , Pam , if memory serves me right , who ALWAYS made sure everything was as i would have liked it to be .

4. what a place this is my first and hopefully last negative reviewone of the double beds had been used,carpet dirty with oil stains little black insects occasionally taking a stolenobody would listen to uscould not even establish who the manager wasonly booked in for three nights prepaid through a uk agentthe best part of the stay it made leaving Florida this year easier for us both.
