1. Worn out old towels, flickering lights when turned on, loud flushing toilet, tub dirty, shower not working properly, old worn out towels, etc. We asked for a room facing Geary St.

3. I noticed that the smoke alarm was missing leaving wires hanging out of the wall, and the drain cover in the shower was broken leaving and unsightly hole in the floor.

4. So I approached the man at reception and mentioned the lack of smoke alarm/exposed wires, shower drain, and exposed screws, he was reasonably helpful and gave us another room to move into.

5. Old, crusty, noisy - super cheap management that won't spend a dime to fix small things such as a broken toilet or a missing shower drain.
