1. The young guy on the desk was helpful , giving us extra pillows and telling us the best place for breakfast.

2. his reponse was that another guest had just requested the last 2 pillows they had avaliable, our response was that we were the 'guest' who had requested them over 2 hours ago.

4. worst i have ever experienced!we called down to get extra pillows (seeing as the two on the bed weren't even as thick as the comforter).

6. the next we begged for at least one pillow and at 10 pm we finally were given one!no joke, the hotel was horrible, so OLD and SOOOOOO DIRTY.
