at the hotel was very good at answering my questions prior to my stay, so I would like to give him praise as well.
"Best value out there! There are hotels in SF in worse shape for twice the price! "

Still, we never got an apology and after trying to speak to the
manager
on 3 separate occasions I was told every time that he wasn't there.
