1. I chose the hotel for its location i.e. buses travel along Geary Street, 15-20 minutes walk to Chinatown, 8 minutes walk to the nearest cable car stop, many Downtown San Francisco attractions are within walking distance.

5. My boyfriend and I just had a great 6-night stay in the epicenter of San Fran activity - so convenient to all forms of public transportation as well as within walking distance of everything.

One of the members of staff were friendly and helpful enough when they were there but more often than not, the desk was left unattended the majority of the time so when it came to checkout we didn't want to leave our bags there during the day as anyone from the street could walk straight in as the door was wide open.

8. Left the next day for Monterey, Ca and were kindly assisted by the friendly and helpful Concierge after storing our luggage so we could go to the SF Museum of Modern Art a short walk away.
