5. Things like strange long hairs in the tub, moldy shower curtains and lipstick on the sheet covers just turn you off and you do not expect them at the Hyatt level.

10. Rooms were clean and roomy, separate double sink space from toilet and shower, flat screen TV, good location (close to the loop for tourist), rooms well equipped with the usual plus there was a NICE hair dryer and tooth paste.
