8. One example was when we needed to heat up milk for my child at around 11PM, we called the front desk and a manager opened up the coffee shop for us to use.

We enjoyed exceptional service from start to finish: doorman, bellman, front desk, maintenance (delivered refrigerator), pool attendant, housekeeper, concierge, room service, bartender, bar hostess/manager, and finally, the parking garage attendant and manager (key didn't work on final exit but it was taken care of quickly).
