The pros: large clean room with comfortable beds, never had to go outside to attend conference events, speedy elevators, and a nice

On the 4th floor you can find the
fitness center
(with small pool, not tested), various vending machines, a microwave oven and some washing machines.

(which isn't as extensive as Hyatt boasts) was completely packed each morning between 7-9am.

The beds at the Hyatt hotels are wonderful and we never have a hard time sleeping:) I did use the Fitness Center and it was very nice and accessible 24 hours.
