1. My only complaint was the plumbing, the shower would scald me for 1 second every morning.

2. -the towels in the bathrooms were so small that you needed to use two after the shower-in the rooms they never clean the floor (there is moquette) and just change the sheets-in the bathroom they never cleaned except the floor: I left empty bottle of shower gel near the shower,empty tubes of face cream and they were there for five days.

7. Fitments on the furniture were coming loose, the trim around the shower fell away, they bath plug leaked water and the bath tap constantly dripped.

But on morning wake up all went downhill:- Shower had no water pressure, had to lean against wall under shower to wash my hair, while standing in ankle deep water- Temperature controls in room didn't work - cold- No access to any power outlets without digging under desk or bed, outlet embedded in the desk didn't work.

9. keep coming back because (1) breakfast by the fireplace can't be beat, (2) friendly staff, (3) comfortable beds, (3) coffee/tea in room, (4) great location, (5) modern shower/etc.
