1. We've stayed here several times before and got a good rate because of that, so remember to send them an email if you're a returning guest, they might give you a good deal.

6. I made my first cup of coffee every morning in the room (filter coffee, amongst others, is included in the room rate), which I had in bed whilst catching up on the news headlines (good choice of channels available).
