1. Room was clean a little bit 'worn' , and far too hot at night, with no heater control, but was quiet , thick old walls, no noise from the street or other rooms.

7. my advise is to head to the Helmsley just one street over, it's FABULOUS and where I headed after 2 nights at this dreadful, overrated, EXTREMELY SMALL hotel.

8. Location was great very close to Grand Central Station but on side streets rather than on Park Avenue and the building itself is not really eye catching.

9. Firstly I requested a quiet room and was given a room on 2nd floor where restaurant is and also just off the street.
