5. I'd read mixed reviews but our room was great; our expectations were that it would be a small NYC hotel room with a chance of a view- the window looked out onto a brick wall 1 foot away but we were ok with that as we were outside most of the time.

6. Originally when we checked in at noon they said that if we needed a room right away, they could only give us one at the back of the hotel with no view but if we waited till check-in time we would get a better room.
