1. Thank you Alex, you are an excellent employee and I hope they pay you what you are worthIf you are on a tight budget and don't mind a tiny, tiny room, but need a clean bed and hot shower, you could do far worse than District Hotel.

3. Yes, the room was tiny and had an air of shabbiness about it; yes, we laughed over the fact that the closet - such that it was - was located in the bathroom (nowhere else to fit it, I guess); yes, the shower head was kind of crappy (worked just fine, but this was not a luxurious shower).

4. I could list the complaints but we could hear every voice in the lobby, we had to leave one morning and our door wouldn't lock shut (someone without a staff uniform on was standing guard for us according to the receptionist), the work upstairs caused the ceiling tiles to fall in over our tub, and the shower had just barely enough pressure to rinse my long hair.

5. Housekeeping was stingy with the soap, we had only one that we had to switch between the shower and the sink.

6. It's sad and dilapidated, not very clean (the standard of housekeeping was low), and very noisy because the walls are paper thin (I felt like I was having a communal shower with the guys in the room above).

7. Bathroom was clean but tiles on the floor were coming up, door world not close properly, tiles in the shower were loose.
