1. Early check in was no problem, as well as looking after our luggage for a couple of hours when we checked out.

We arrived 15 minutes prior to the official check in time, the staff didn't even bother to check to see if any rooms were available, we had to take a seat until it was the correct time - ok so we were early but I've arrived early at a few hotels all over the world and have never been told to wait until to correct time.

7. Arrival: was told on arrival at approx 4pm that we had to pay in full on check in (no problem), but were then told we had to wait to pay because the receptionist was about to go of shift and couldn't take any more payments, so not an ideal start.
