I will NOT recommend this hotel until after it has undergone significant change, but let me tell you, you do not want to go even after renovated until they learn to be more CUSTOMER oriented as their website so clearly, yet falsely says that they are because I have never been treated so blatantly ill in a 'professional' customer-dependent organization.

6. If it wasn't for the bed bugs I would recommend this place for most people since it is inexpensive and in a great location.

7. The wi-fi only worked sporadically, they had almost no blankets, the phones didn't work, and the people at the front desk couldn't even recommend a good restaurant nearby.
