1. 3 good thing:,front desk people were delightful; coffee was excellent; 5 blocks from a HUGE Whole Foods with long steam tables of hot food at each meal.

I don't care if the elevator doesn't work, there are only 3 short floors, and if there's no breakfast room, because you can use the benches outside or the sofas in the hall and the the food and coffe was nice - you can have coffee, hot and cold water for free every moment of the day and of the night, they are always on the buffet.
