1. but It has a lot of negatives: Old building, no elevators, bathroom tiles falling off, wall, doors and windows with several layers of old paint, stinky carpets inside the room and out, next door 'Helix' (I don't know exactly what that place is but a lot of noisy people all nigth long); and to make this worse: @ our last day of stay, 10 minutes after 11 am my husband got out of the room to do the check out (was told that if we don't empty the room inmediately there will be a penalty of $30.00) & the room maker lady opened the room's door, placed the cleaning stuff rigth there and without any hesitation she waited until I got out of the room like a dog owner waits for the animal to moves out of the way to continue their duty.
