The shower was gross: brown/dirty tub bottom (which is cleaned by room service every day, with bleach, would never happen), dust on glass shelves, and worse (thank god I'm not in a wheelchair)- the basic items like shampoo, tissue, etc are all on a shelf placed at forehead level with me- aprox.
