2. When we left for the afternoon we told the front desk personnel that we would like yet another set of clean towels, that we wanted the bed made up, towels removed, trash emptied and another roll of toilet paper (nearly empty) and more Kleenex tissues, since the box was empty.

5. I do not know who was in charge of keeping our room clean but they did an AWESOME job - the bed was made each day, we had plenty of towels, etc. As for location the Emily Morgan is not on the Riverwalk as I had expected (it is listed as a "Riverwalk Hotel").
